Signs Your Gelco Crown Repair Is Failing

• Hairline cracks spiderwebbing across the crown surface. These form when the Gelco concrete crown absorbs rainwater during Olympia’s wet winters, then the freeze-thaw cycle expands the water by 9 percent. Left alone, the cracks widen into channels that funnel water straight to the flue liner.
